UAE Nationals
Up to **85% LTV** for first property purchases under AED 5 Million. Subsequent properties are capped at **65% LTV**.
Expats (Residents)
Up to **80% LTV** for first property purchases under AED 5 Million. Capped at **65% LTV** for secondary properties.
Non-Residents
Typically capped between **50% and 60% LTV**, requiring a **40% to 50% equity deposit** from international investors.
*Note: The maximum loan duration is capped at **25 years** up to age 65 for salaried expats (or age 70 for self-employed individuals).
