2. Property Listings and Information Accuracy

While we strive to keep property listings, prices, layouts, and availability status as accurate and up to date as possible, the real estate market is dynamic.

• Developer project information, including completion dates, amenities, and starting prices, is provided by developers and may change without notice.
• Azora Property is not liable for discrepancies, errors, or changes made by third-party developers or sellers. You should verify all details during consultation and legal review.

3. Financial and Mortgage Advisory

Our mortgage services include comparing rates from more than 20 UAE banks and advising on loan-to-value rules.

• Azora Property is an advisory service and not a bank or financial institution.
• Mortgage pre-approvals, final approvals, and interest rates are determined by the lending institution. We do not guarantee loan approval or specific financial outcomes.

4. Use of the Client Portal

Our exclusive Client Portal is provided to active clients to manage portfolios, track ROI, and communicate with our management team.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Azora Property is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
• The portal must not be used for illegal activity, malicious software, or spam. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, property descriptions, and software code, is the property of Azora Property or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
